COLORS
Many of the products on the Wholesale Puzzles website are colored (print or fabric or materials). Due to differences in monitors, video cards, and visual perception Wholesale Puzzles cannot guarantee any colors. If you are not happy with the color of your item you may return it subject to our Return Policy.
AVAILABILITY
Wholesale Puzzles continually updates the availability of products. However, availability may change at any time and is subject to change without notice. If you place an order and a product is not available then a representative will contact you to inform you of the situation and try to meet your needs. Wholesale Puzzles will not process your order (including charging your credit card) if an item is not immediately available. International customers: Any items on backorder, will delay shipment until the complete order can be fulfilled.

Wholesale Puzzles aims to provide the absolute lowest price on every single item we sell. We use a scaled pricing structure so that we can offer better pricing for greater quantity. We do not have special pricing for schools, community centers or churches, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions about our prices or pricing policy.

Wholesale Puzzles uses a scaled price structure that offers lower prices for higher quantity. We do this to make puzzles more affordable for clubs, organizations, and individuals.

Wholesale Puzzles uses a price table to show you our prices based on quantity. The number in the shaded cells above is the minimum quantity necessary to qualify for the price shown directly below. In the example table below, 3 units would cost $10.95 each while 4 units would cost $9.95 each. If you need additional help understand the price table, please see our Help section.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE & PRICE MATCH
Wholesale Puzzles will match prices found on our competitor's websites. We strive to stay as competitive as possible with our published prices, but if you find a better price out there, don't worry - we will match it. We also offer extra discounts for quantities greater than the published quantities!
Still, there are some situations where other puzzle dealers are offered special promotions or deals from manufacturers which allows them sell at below our cost. We will not be able to match prices on those items. Also, some dealers sell merchandise at prices not approved by manufacturers. We will not upset our vendors and manufacturers by selling those items at those prices. We will only match prices with any legitimate US game store on the internet. Make sure you are matching prices with the same item at both stores.
We will not match prices with any online auction sites including eBay. We also will not match prices from individual sellers on any site. Please be accurate as we verify all price matching information before sending out your order. Wholesale Puzzles reserves the right and must be able to purchase the product at the advertised price on the competitor's website. To be eligible for price matching items must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Wholesale Puzzles and the competitor's website. If you use the price match feature on items that Wholesale Puzzles ships for free or for a discounted price, those items will not be eligible for free or discounted shipping. Entering incorrect information will delay your order. If for any reason we cannot process your order we will contact you to let you know.
HOW TO USE OUR REAL TIME PRICE MATCH FEATURE
To match prices on an item simply click the  link (if available) and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter the store name and the URL of where you saw the price (or any other relevant information). Then, click CHANGE PRICE NOW! After that, just add the item to your cart as normal. Please be accurate as any mistakes or wrong information will delay your order.

RETURN POLICY
Wholesale Puzzles wants you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there are circumstances that warrant a return. Please read the following terms carefully.
RETURNS
You may return any unopened product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be received by Wholesale Puzzles in new, unopened, resalable condition with all boxes, parts, instruction booklets and manuals. All approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price of the unit unless a restocking fee has been assessed. However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping or handling charges. If Wholesale Puzzles shipped the item(s) to you at no cost (Free Shipping) and you return that item(s) for a refund, the original shipping costs incurred by Wholesale Puzzles will be deducted from your return amount. We will cover the cost of the return shipping only when we send the same item as a replacement for a defective product. Items that are returned and are non-saleable due to use, damage or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Wholesale Puzzles reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee if needed.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The following information must be included with your return. Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number and Reason for Return. If you return an item to us and your return does not meet our return policies, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact us if you have any questions before returning an item.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to Wholesale Puzzles within 30 days. If items were damaged in transit, Wholesale Puzzles will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for the damaged items and will send out a replacement item with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Wholesale Puzzles will ship replacement or missing items to you using the most economical shipping method available at the time. Please retain the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. You account will be charged for the replacement item and then you will receive a credit for the defective item once it has been received by Wholesale Puzzles.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
If an item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty and needs to be repaired or replaced after 30 days, simply ship the item back to us and we will act as your agent with the manufacture to get your item repaired or replaced. The manufacture is solely responsible for determining if your item qualifies for warranty coverage. You are responsible for the shipping charges to get the item back to Wholesale Puzzles. We strongly suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method. Wholesale Puzzles will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Once the item has been repaired or replaced by the manufacture, Wholesale Puzzles will ship the item back to you.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to Wholesale Puzzles by UPS or USPS for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Wholesale Puzzles will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refund once it has been received. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the mail or by your credit card company. Wholesale Puzzles will refund you in the same manner in which you paid - by credit card or by check. If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us.
SHIPPING POLICY
Wholesale Puzzles uses UPS and the USPS, to get our products to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.
BASIC SHIPPING
When you select "Basic Shipping" as your shipping method Wholesale Puzzles will determine the most economical shipping method depending on your location, size and weight of your order. Wholesale Puzzles will make this decision at their sole discretion. If you need a specific shipping method or guaranteed delivery date we ask that you choose from one of our UPS Guaranteed Delivery services such as 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
All shipping guarantees are made by the carriers themselves. Wholesale Puzzles does not guarantee any shipping dates. If you select a guaranteed shipping method and your package does not arrive when guaranteed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine if you are eligible for a shipping refund. Carrier guarantees do not apply in inclement weather, etc. Please visit the carrier's website (i.e., UPS.com) for complete details.
SHIPPING CHARGES
You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart. For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight) you may need to place your order via phone in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges. On most orders we subsidize some of the shipping costs to keep your delivered price as low as possible. With some shipping methods such as USPS your shipping cost may iniclude a small fee for self-insurance, packing materials and handling.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

TIMEFRAME
Wholesale Puzzles will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within 2 business day (Mon-Fri). If we cannot ship your order within 2 business day we will make a reasonable effort to contact you with the email address and/or phone number provided.
EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS
If you need an expedited shipment please call us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
INSURANCE
If you select a shipping method that includes insurance, Wholesale Puzzles will ensure your order for the full value of the contents. Please contact Wholesale Puzzles to coordinate efforts and claims against damaged or lost packages. If you select a shipping method that does not include insurance (i.e., Basic Shipping, US Surface Mail, First Class Mail, Media Mail, Priority Mail, etc.) Wholesale Puzzles is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. Wholesale Puzzles will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by lost or damaged packages.

ORDER METHODS
You may order from Wholesale Puzzles via online shopping cart or via phone. We prefer you order online as it is much easier for us and for you. To order by phone please call 888-582-4377. To order via shopping cart please add items to your cart and proceed through the shopping cart checkout.
PROCESSING ORDERS
If you complete the checkout process on an order we will consider that you fully intend to proceed with that order. We will begin to process your order immediately. Please do all of the research and ask all of the questions you need before you order!
RECEIPT
A receipt will be emailed to you after your order is processed. A packing slip will be included with most orders.
ORDER NOTIFICATION
You will be immediately notified via email or phone if Wholesale Puzzles cannot, for any reason, process your order.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Wholesale Puzzles processes orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order please do so immediately via email and phone. We may or may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped then it may only be returned as subject to our return policy.
PAYMENT METHODS
Wholesale Puzzles accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Wholesale Puzzles also accepts PayPal payments. Wholesale Puzzles may also decide, at its discretion, to accept purchase orders from schools and government municipalities, libraries, etc.
