The puzzles are great! Came right on time, well packed, and as shown on the site. My wish is that you would have more puzzles of real photos, esp. landscape and scenery but other things, too.

My husband likes the way the puzzle interlocks because it stays together. They are also good size pieces. I don’t do puzzles but he does them all the time. When he finishes with them he glues them together, makes a wooden frame and puts flexaglass over the picture so we can hang them up. We give a lot of them away.

My wife has been doing puzzles for the 32 yrs that we’ve been married. She mainly likes 1000 piece puzzles of Wysocki and Heronim. She finishes one about every 3 days. I placed my order on 11/16. My order arrived quickly, but I was sent the wrong Thomas the Train puzzle. I left an email with your staff and was pleasantly surprised when someone called me the very next day. I’m pleased to say that the correct puzzle came today in the mail. I ordered several large piece puzzles for my 94 year old mother. The order arrived quickly, the puzzles (from several different companies) were all excellent quality and your pricing is great. You have a new and happy customer.
I purchased these for elderly parents–pleased so far. I do wish, though, that there were more 500 pc. puzzles. A 1000 pc. puzzle is just too difficult for the elderly and my guess is they are a large percentage of your buyers. Doing puzzles is good for their mind. Another thing I have noticed is that there is a need for puzzles with more color variation. Although many of the puzzle pictures are lovely, they are often done in muted colors….again, hard for the elderly. So, I’d just like to see more puzzles in a colorful, 500 pc. range. perhaps in themes the older generation would love.
I am quite happy with the prompt delivery of my two puzzles. I was looking specifically for Wysocki work and a puzzle of Norman Rockwell’s and both were well represented. I am sure I will order from your site on another occasion.

I am very pleased with the puzzles I have received even though they were stated as imperfect the puzzles themselves are ok and only one box was slit and some pieces were out of the box but I found them inside the shipping box and I also checked the packing paper. I haven’t done that puzzle yet but I’m in hopes the pieces are all their. When I get close to finishing these I will order more.Thank you,

I am not sure what you are asking about with the free puzzles. If you order a minimum of $35 (not $65) in puzzles you may select a free one. Please call us if you don’t see this option on your next order and we will find out why! As to the Wysocki puzzles, like you, we wish we could get more titles. The publisher (Hasbro) only brings out a set amount of new titles each year. We do bring in all the available titles and wait anxiously for each release! We applauded your donations to the senior home. We know that they will appreciate the donation and that the residents there will love assembling the puzzles. Good for you!
All puzzles arrived promptly and the one puzzle from the scratch and dent department was just fine nothing on the inside was damage or missing it was the box that was just slightly dented…so I would recommend anyone looking for a good deal check it out…thanks again I am looking to order more soon.
Received my recent order. Shipping was perfect. Please, please bring in more Wysocki 300 large pieces. I pass my puzzles on to Senior homes and assisted living. They are a big hit. Also along these same lines. Why in the world did you increase the “free puzzle dollar limit”? Good grief, I can’t spend a min of $65 in order to get a free puzzle. I would give the free puzzle to the Senior Home and they inturn would use it as a prize for Game Nite. Now that you have eliminated this perk I’m out. Please rethink this promo. Thanks

I purchased several Charles Wysocki puzzles and am extremely satisfied with the choices available, price and the shipping charges! Next time I look for puzzles, I will definitely shop Wholesale Puzzles! And I will definitely recommend you to my jigsaw puzzle friend. Unfortunately, there are only 2 of us in our group who do puzzles, but we trade off and both seem to like the same type of pictures.

The puzzles are as advertized. I ordered four that I thought would be easy for my audience to do. One looks harder than I expected, but the pictures on your website, even the “enlarged” ones, are pretty teensy. People are beginning to work on one of the easier ones, so I’m pleased about that.
My only beef is that I have a tiny budget for ordering puzzles. I thought your prices were reasonable. But nowhere did I see any “clearance” prices. Almost as soon as my order confirmation came through I got an email with–guess what–clearance prices. Some were for a couple of the very puzzles I’d ordered! This did not please me. My year’s budget is all used up. Had I seen the clearance prices I could have gotten at least two more.
However, I will probably be ordering more puzzles next year if you have different ones of the same difficulty. Even your regular prices are good. I’ll be a happier customer if you let people know about sale prices!
